If you decide to return your item, I offer a standard 7-day refund guarantee minus shipping and labor costs (if applicable). There are NO refunds or exchanges for different pieces of jewelry if they are purchased while on SALE. If you need to exchange a ring for a different size, you can go to our website rockinoutsilver.com and click on the tab that is labeled "ring resizing", fill out the information needed and then you can purchase it for $25.00 plus tax if applicable. (This fee is based on the fact we are not a store front that has items in stock and we make everything to order. When resizing a ring, depending on the stone and ring we typically end up making a whole new one for you so the stone does not become loose. When we do this, we are now out on silver for 2 rings plus labor and shipping costs.) In order to qualify for refund, the item must not be altered in any way, not purchased while on sale, and must be returned in its original condition. All documents must accompany the item purchased.

Additional policies

We offer a 7 days exchange policy if item was purchased at full price. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping one way, I pay the shipping back to you. I will repair it and send it right back to you, normally within 5-10 BUSINESS days. There is no warranty for center stones. If you want your center stone covered, you can insure it through your Homeowner's Insurance Policy, or purchase a Jewelry Insurance Policy. They can insure the item for you, which will protect you. If you have another jeweler work on the piece (including sizing or cleaning) you void the warranty. I cannot be responsible for any damage done to the ring by another jeweler. When cleaning your Rockin Out Jewelry only use a silver polishing cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaners as it will alter the antique finish.

Please note that all items which include a gemstone or turquoise stone are available however the coloring of the stones may vary based on the availability of current production by our stone providers.

Absolutely beautiful rings! Amazing and precise craftsmanship, comfortable fit, beautiful engraving, and perfect transfer of our brand. I ordered a half size up on my ring and it fits perfectly with some wiggle room and my husband ordered his regular size and it fits a tiny bit snugger than his regular band since this band is wider, but it is still very comfortable to him. We couldnt be more pleased!
