We offer a 7 days exchange policy if item was purchased at full price. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping one way, I pay the shipping back to you. I will repair it and send it right back to you, normally within 5-10 BUSINESS days. There is no warranty for center stones. If you want your center stone covered, you can insure it through your Homeowner's Insurance Policy, or purchase a Jewelry Insurance Policy. They can insure the item for you, which will protect you. If you have another jeweler work on the piece (including sizing or cleaning) you void the warranty. I cannot be responsible for any damage done to the ring by another jeweler. When cleaning your Rockin Out Jewelry only use a silver polishing cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaners as it will alter the antique finish.

Please note that all items which include a gemstone or turquoise stone are available however the coloring of the stones may vary based on the availability of current production by our stone providers.
